Yesterday no exercises, I went to a two star restaurant with a client for lunch but I managed to skip on desert. Did have some of the chocolates with the coffee though.
My mayor problem seems to be stopping when I start eating unhealthy food. It's not such a big problem not eating any, I manage that most days, however once I start it is never just the one, I always have more. It was a very productive lunch for business though, so I guess that counts for something...
I weight myself multiple times per week but I only count the weighing on Sunday morning as "official", all the others are "temporary". Todays "temporary" was 162.8kg, so if that sticks I could lose 2kg this week, which would be very nice. I should be able to manage that, as I foresee no more unhealthy "obligations". Anyone else in here with a regular obligation to have lunch or dinner for work, and how do you manage then?
