I was just wondering because ive been doing a fair bit of walking/jogging lately on the treadmills now that im lighter and its not to painful for the feet

Wowza - it is SO cool to change up directions in this walking gig!

I used to make a 5 mile loop and on average - it would take about 62 minutes. I've been taking a different trail lately and I just got back from my original route.

Today I did it in 53 minutes! I dropped *9* minutes off my old time!
I'm stunned!

And sweaty - off to hit the showers

Ok so on my treadmill that's 20 laps - that's 2.7 minutes per lap.. good grief... even your old speed was 3.1 minutes per lap (i'm just about averaging 4 minutes per lap but not 20 of 'em...

I'm amazed at how you're able to do that - and walking out side is tougher than a treadmill.... you are a rockstar
