I'm grumbly this morning.
Every day the scales are going up.

Over the last 3 days, I've been walking 5 miles every day, eating between 1100-1300 calories (watched, weighed and notated everythin) and I'm up *4* pounds since Monday.

Like I said, I'm grumbly!
 
:( sorry your grumbly this morning. I can't say I blame you after how hard you've been working sticking to your diet and working out. keep in mind that this too shall pass. Everyone has their 2 steps forward 1 step back moments (i'm having one myself) *refusing to change ticker back to 138* You'll be ok... :)
 
That's solid advice there newmommy and I agree M2M. Ya know, its something funky going on this week. Mal's scale is possessed, yours are and I feel bloated so I'm not going anywhere near a scale! Maybe it's the alignment of the stars that has all equipment screwed up. Our server blew at work yesterday, had a power outage too... things are freaky! I say dismiss it, but I know it's not that easy to REALLY do that. *hugs, then sprays lysol to keep my cold from spreading* :p
 
i'm feeling your pain... maybe it is the approach of the winter solstice or something that's causing it - it's frustrating it tell ya :D

at 185 now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow congrats to you girl,and now I have to get my butt into gear ,you just passed me right on by lol:p
But all that walking will do that to ya.Congrats on 5.3 miles and at 1:3.48
that is so awesome,I did 2 1/2 miles in 50 minutes thats bad but I blame
my non stopping peeing dog lol! But we hit lots of uphills to make up for

Hello Everyone :)

My weight is still being obnoxious - especially considering my calories are low and I've been walking - but I looked at the calendar, and it's Pre TOM, so that BETTER be the problem!!

On a good note - I finally BOUGHT (as opposed to just trying them on) a new pair of jeans.

Size 12!! I still can't believe they fit! I tried them on for Bob and he almost fell over :D We're going to a party tonight, so I'm hoping to have him snap a few pictures!
 
YEAH! I bet you will look fabulous! The best part of this time of year is alot of people you see at these parties you havn't seen in so long they almost fall over congratulating you on your loss.
 
Oh, I'm going to a party tonight where most everyone saw me fitting snuggly into size 16's - I haven't worn a size 12 since I was 14 years old. I'm 40 now!

I can't wait for tonight :D
(despite knowing where I'm going will have the BEST wine!!!)

I have never seen a reaction from Bob like the one I got when I tried on those jeans! He even told me to NOT where them today since they would get baggy by tonight LOL!

It's been almost a year now since I started losing weight - all my old "big" clothes have all been given to charity - there is NO going back :)

2007 is the year I reach my goal weight!
(now to just get through these holiday parties!) ;)

That's awesome Debi!!! I love seeing that number on my jeans :D Now I'm checking out the second hand store for more 10's for whenever I get there. ;)

ok - i'm not going to type very much since i don't feel all that great this morning...

let's just say i had entirely too much fun last night - and i'm still paying the price.

and the good news, if there's good news - the calories didn't count...
