Oh, not very big actually - but she has some left over soup and I'm contemplating calling it a day with food wise.

Any fresh vine grape. A pound would be about 250 cals consumed, grapes are one of the lower cats burners but about 400 back off.

The nice thing about eating these at night, is they're an easy digestion compared to say, radishes or carrots or cukes.

I maxed out my sugar but since I've been in good diabetic processing shape, I'll have no spike and be normal in the A.M.
 
OK - I was looking at a catabolic list tonight and in one list it said grapes (in general) and the other said white grapes - I wasn't sure if there was a difference.

But I didn't have a pound ;)

Now if I could just get rid of the peanut butter!
