Ok - I'm back from my wine club and I only had one beer

I have no idea what kind of wines were being served
Calories were light, I went in being able to have 1000 or so and and didn't have all that much - I ate salad and the pasta dish I brought so I hate trying to figure calories like this but I feel good about it

I use
Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to track my calories and fitness - it takes time exploring the site, but you'll figure it out.
Remember, maintenance is supposed to be *around* 15 calories per pound of body weight - so a healthy loss would be to put your caloric range in the 10-12 calories per pound. Don't go by the caloric range at sparkpeople.com
That should get you started, create a new thread in the diary section that is Your Diary, then go into other diaries and get to know people - there are people here who have done AMAZING things transforming their bodies!
