Here are my Stats:
5 foot 7 / 165 pounds / 31 waist / Max Bench 210 X 2 / BF ranges from 11.5 – 12 Percent

Here is my physique:
I have a nice size chest, Shoulders arms, but wimpy legs. I have never really been a fan of massive legs, but I do need to work on them a little more. No 6 pack, though the outline is there.

Here are my supplements:
BSN No-Xplode, CytoSport Muscle Milk.

Here is my typical routine (1-1.25 hours per session, usually 8-10 reps, 3 sets each, with a 45 second cool off period):
Monday: Chest (20 Min Cardio)
Tuesday: Biceps and Back (20 min abs)
Wednesday: Triceps and Shoulders (20 Minute Cardio)
Thursday: Legs (20 min abs)
Friday: Full body, with exception of legs. (12 Ounce curls, hopefully sex)
Saturday: Light workout, push-ups / Sit-Ups Etc etc. (12 Ounce Curls, hopefully sex)
Sunday: Recovery Day.

Here are my Goals
I want to bulk up a little more, especially chest / abs and legs. I would also like to push 240 on my bench.

To do this, I was thinking of switching up my workout routine to the following (1-1.25 hours per session, usually 8-10 reps, 3 sets each, with a 45 second cool off period):
Monday: Chest / Biceps (20 Min of abs)
Tuesday: Triceps / Shoulders / Back (20 min cardio)
Wednesday: Legs / Abs (weighted abs workout)
Thursday: Chest / Biceps (20 min cardio)
Friday: Triceps / Shoulders / Back (20 min abs) (beer / sex – I hope)
Sat: Quick Leg work out (beer /sex – I hope)

I have also been looking for a supplement that builds up testosterone levels. Steroids are out of the question. I am active duty military and they test for all that stuff. I heard some praise for both estrogen blockers (or supplements that prevent testosterone from converting to estrogen) and Tribulis, but for as much praise I see just as much criticism. Any suggestions, or could Trib and/or an anti estrogen work?

Any suggestions on my proposed work out schedule or supplement selection?
Also, is there any website you can point me to that will show me different types of workouts for different parts of the body? I did Google it, but everything seemed to be a pay site – or porn site… Promising me everything from 10 inches to my arms, to school girls fondling each other…

Here is alot of information you are looking for bro......

Training routines....

"Natural" Supplemets....

This one is just exercises in general, click on a body part and it gives you exercises.

Also be aware of what you are eating in "regular food" along with supplements.

The second routine looks better than the first, if you aren't doing squats for your legs start em' up, same thing with deadlifts, I feel like I'm always saying that, anyway, thats my two cents.

Thanks for the info.

I sold my self short a bit. I hit the bench to actually put on some weight and ended with 225 X 5... 240 should be doable within the next two months.

I do squats, but not deadlifts. I have really bad form with deadlifts and I just end up messing up my back.

Well, thanks everyone for adding.

I would go with something like:
M-Chest/Triceps
T-Shoulders/Abs
W-Rest
Th-Back/Biceps
F-Shoulders/Abs
S-Light WO
Su-Recover from all that sex

Just an update.

I have reached 9.75% body fat through that water-testing thing.
Max bench is now 255, with a working weight of 225.
Massive gains in most muscle groups and sexy thighs...

It’s amazing what you can do in a month armed with the right information.

Thanks guys.

One question though.... I am 5'7 (I know, short) and 161.2 pounds in the buff... is 255 a good benching weight? And how much more weight could I expect to add (around the same weight) before my body just can’t take anymore?

Well Chestermv, I can tell you this, I flat benched 275 at a body weight of 160 lbs. So I would say yes your bench will go up. How much more you can bench depends on your training, diet and your mental approach. Just be patient and don't try to push up a weight using piss poor form. Keep up the good work.
