a couple questions

whats the deal with running after weight lifting? usually i only run for like 20 mins. or so. is this alright.

I dont get out of the gym until like 7 oclock. and I drink my protein shake 30 min after that. Then i like eating another meal after that which is like at 9 oclock but i need to go to bed at 10 or 10 30. is it alright to eat a full meal an hour before i go to sleep?
