Hello everyone ! It's been a long time since I've been on this forum. I got somewhat close to my fitness goals and gradually slipped up. I am hoping that keeping track of my days (and my goals) will give me more accountability.


I was working about pretty much 6 days a week before I got off track. My goal is to get back into that habit and to lose the 18 lbs. that I gained plus about 10 more lbs. to be at my goal weight.


I have started Isagenix and did a few cleanse days (which were not perfect because I did drink coffee and ate a little bit of healthy food, thus not following the routine exactly). Just ordered more product and will do that to jumpstart my plan.


I do suffer from disordered eating, which I don't really want to go into detail with, but have been coping okay for the time being.

300 calories so far, plus a medium pumpkin iced coffee from DD with cream and 3 sweet and low


6 minute shakeweight workout with 2.5 lb. weight

spin class or cardio tonight: will report back later !
