Time for a reality check, well I have for the past 3 weeks on the weekends, given myself a cheat day, well it turned into a whole weekend. though it really has not had much effect on my weightloss, i've still lost 2 pds a week... but I know this has to be a commitment and a change for the better, and not just during the week. I joined a gym, which has boxing classes, and I just finished my first one today, and boy did it work me out, I expect to double my weight loss, with the addition of the gym. Ill post in my journal more... 43 pounds lost since july 20th 2009! I am hungry for more pounds shed!
