Well...
It has been a while since I've posted in here. I've had a few weeks of eating whatever I want and reduced exercise. I'm still exercising, it just isn't as deliberate, if you know what I mean. I go to a step class twice a week. ( I hate it. Thanks for asking.) I got a bike for my birthday, but it is hard to find the space to ride and the time.
I'm not happy at my current weight... whatever that is. I'm not sure what it is because I broke my scale! LOL
Anyway. I know I have to get back to signing in everyday and recording everything.
My goal is to post my food and exercise daily!
