Thanks, Fuunky for all the information. I did go check your diary and I read all your good stuff there, but I'm happy you would post it here, too. I printed out the recipe to try next week. I like your approach to calorie counting and I think it will work for me.

Hi Scrappy-Doo :D Hope today has been a good one for ya :D Keep up that great work :D BTW, I use Fitday.com and I like it a lot better than sparkpeople. It doesn't have a forum, but you can have a journal, find out how many calories your activities burn, how many you ate, etc. Right now, I am a WW (thanks to Tina :D ) and I had really good luck with it the first time 'round in this battle :D
