Hey im guessing you have never had a uhhh situation? like mine before
Im 17' 6'3 and i weigh about 13 stone, i dont consider myself fat although there is a bit to grab if you get my meaning
ive met a girl and when she gets back from holiday we are going on a date and i kinda wonna lose most or all of my fat before then
so i want some ideas how to lose the extra fat or turn it into muscle before the date without using tablets, potions and machines (including thumbles) i'd rather just stick to push ups n stuff but is there a routine someone could give me which could work, the date which im aiming for is about is 10th Septermber so please can someone help me
