As some of you know, I'm 14, about 5'6" and I weight about 188. I want to get down to at least 170-160 by mid-May and eventually around 150. I really think this time I'm actually going to lose the weight! I basically want to because A)I'd look better B)Clothes would fit me better and C)Then I could horseback ride more effectively. So I guess I should tell you guys my plan! I've been drinking about 6-9 glasses of water a day and exercising on the stationary bike and occasionally on the "Ab-Lounger". I found a great website () where I can track my weight loss, calories and exercise each day! Anyways today according to the website I've eaten 1004 calories..So far I have rode 8 miles on the bike (I do about 3 or so whenever I'm bored or just want to) but I want to do about 15. I really hope the weight comes off fast and easily!
