First of all, some details

Anywho!
It all started back in high school. I was "that" kid. That insecure, shy, pushed around, teased constantly kid. It was so bad that I had to leave high school and gain my diploma online because I couldn't take the taunting anymore. This was back in 2006.
That was one of the biggest mistakes I made. During that year I was just sitting at home, finishing my school online and just kept on eating. I rarely ever left my house so I wasn't active at all. I would only eat burgers, fries, pizza or some sort of fast food because it was convenient. On top of that I have insomnia so when I'm up late at night, I would always head down to the kitchen to make myself something to eat because I couldn't sleep! Anyways, after I gained my diploma (which was faster than if I stayed in school so...something good came out of it at least lol) I was trying to find a job to pay for college. That took another year.
After 2007 and still jobless...I sorta just...gave up trying to find one. So I stayed home. Again.
It wasn't until last year September where I FINALLY got my job at a restaurant. On top of that, the restaurant was 2 hours away from where I live. So I was walking and running to the bus stop, catching trains, running up and down the stairs just so I wouldn't be late.
The restaurant that I work at serves pretty healthy meals as well so my breakfast and lunch was basically what was on the menu. (Grilled chicken, salad, salmon, eggs, a lot of vegetables, etc). Also the restaurant is busy so I'm constantly moving around, lifting heavy boxes, putting away inventory etc. and before you know it... I went from 190 lbs to 145 lbs. I was amazed. People kept commenting that I lost a lot of weight, but because I had so much self esteem issues, I didn't believe them and I would still feel "fat". Not anymore though. I'm watching what I eat more (except for this past weekend because it was my mom's birthday so I ate...A LOT which I feel pretty guilty about!), I've been exercising (or at least trying to lol), and just enjoying this new found confidence.
SO now comes the part where I need help! Is there any tips on how I can actually IMPROVE this body lol I pretty much want to flatten that tummy, throw in some abs, as well as some arm muscle and so on haha I dont want to be body builder fit but just...fit! I was told by a friend that I should not worry about doing cardio anymore because the time it takes for me to get to work and come home, plus the fact that I do so much running around and lifting at work is my cardio - I should be working on my muscles except...I don't even know where to start lol I dont have any access to a gym so that options out... Hopefully someone can help me now =)
