Stamina tip from uncle Brawny- Baby steps girl. If you are coming off the meds you will need to build up slowly through small increases in exercise. You will get stronger. No rush just move in the right direction. Its a holistic thing!

I second the slow progression advice. It really helps you build the habit which is really important. Focus on slowly gaining ground and never back down. It gets easier and easier along the way, and then you are a lot more comfortable with whatever you are doing, as opposed if you jump into doing the harder stuff right away.
