Heya, last time I posted here was a while ago and whilst going through my bookmarks I found the link again and thought I would post an update, the last time I posted I was down to 483lbs.
As of this morning I am 437lbs, and only 3 pounds away from losing 100. thats right I am at 97 lbs lost! like I said, I just wanted to pop in and post a quick update.
