Thanks so much everyone for all your kind and encouraging words. I hit a bit of a stump...but your support has really helped...I have a feeling its all good from here. But hey bunjy jumping head first off a bridge has certainly helped me to identify a confidence that I never thought I had! :jump:

for bunjy jumping I am sooo scared of heights and I have been
puumping myself up just to prove to my hubby that I can go down a
big waterslide.He can't get me on a roller coaster but I may try a water
slide lol but geeeesh your bunjy jumping there is no ride that can top that!

Hi guys, me again.

In order to inspire myself and get back on the right track...(i have put on 4.5lbs this month...grrrrr)

I have also started a of everyone that participates...if you are looking for some encouragement take a peak...It is really inspiring to see other overweight people listing the things about themselves that are fine just as they are...How 'bout writing your own?
 
Flabuless, you are my hero! 95 is awesome. I cannot wait until I lose 95lbs. Way to go girl! You can do it, just keep plugging away day by day.
 
You look incredible! Well done and I take my hat off to you for doing it slowly...everyone wants the weight to just fall off and they have no patience. You did great!
