95lbs lost! Yay! Before & After Pics

I'm just new here but I have been on my weightloss journey since 2005 so it has been slow for me...but I have now lost 95lbs and I am immensely proud of that. here are a few pics to show you my progress to date from my biggest to where I am now...but if you want to see more I have my journey in photos on my blog site
I still have about 63lbs to loose but I am over half way now...I am so excited to get this far! I only realised just how much weight I had lost the other night whilst looking at some some photo's taken in 2005. Anyhow I just wanted to share with you all and encourage ya that if I can you can too!

95lbs is amazing!! when a person can lose that much it says a lot about their character. It takes major determination and dedication, so you should definitely feel very proud :)

Thankyou so much for your kind and encouraging words...Sometimes I get overwhelmed and wonder if I am going to be able to finish it...ie get down to my ultimate goal...it just seems like such a way still. but I Have come so far and it would be such a shame to waste it. but you guys rock! so thanks a heap! I feel very much at home here.

Thanks guys...as for tips and tricks...there is only one that you need to know...if you fall off the horse just get back on again...tomorro is always a new day. I have had many such days 'carrot cake' is my downfall but I would just wipe the slate clean the next day and start again.

oh and one more thing I forgot...drink lots of water...hehehe but again..you guys are so supportive and I am just loving it here.
