Mm, I was thinking I should take the calcium ones at least. I do try to get a good portion of nutrients needed in a day, and I switch around what I eat pretty often. Also for a better understanding of my size, I am 40" bust, 35" Waist, and 41" Hip. In the before pictures, I was around 53" hip and 46" waist I think? Can't remember bust. I guess it's just my body type maybe...or you might be shocked when you get down too. I remember thinking the same thing of somebody's pictures I saw, who had similar starting weight and height and age to me, and I remember seeing her pictures at 200 even, when I was at 240-250 and thinking, oh god will I ever be like that! And it just so happened I am, lmao.
And I know they mean well - but I hear it enough from relatives xD And I know people don't want me to encourage "bad behavior" (though imo it's not bad at all if you have the body type which is okay with it.) so eh, I donno.

I admit it takes some willpower at first. I don't think the rare occasion you have junkfood will hurt you too much. For that just mind over body, lmao. The only junkfood I can't resist is pizza, but even so it rarely pops it's delicious head around. Just practice willpower, and keep some healthy snacks with you.
