90 Day Challenge Diary

Hey all, new to the forums!

So today was Day 3 of my 90 day challenge. I weighed myself on Day 1 and was at 205.5 pounds. I'm not sure how much I weigh right now. I probably will weigh myself in a few days.

These past few days have felt great. I've been hitting the gym for two hours a day, doing a combination of weights and cardio. I also hit the sauna afterwards which feels good on my body.

I've been drinking a lot of water and monitoring my calories. I'm 17 and a senior dude in high school, but nonetheless I'm looking to lose weight, so I have to do that.

The Past 3 days I've done a great job at eating fruits, vegetables, dairy products, getting protein, drinking water, and that good stuff. I'm feeling good and I'm excited for tomorrow.

New pictures will be posted up on Day 15 as promised.

Hey so I just wanted to post again here in the weight loss diary.

It's now Day 7 and I'm feeling great. I just got back from a 2.5 hour workout from the gym which included legs, back, biceps, and cardio. I'm feeling good, and my eating has been very good with putting healthy food into my body.

I'm feeling good, and I just wanted to let everyone know. I'm doing well! Day 15 pictures will be posted as promised as well as my weigh in. Best of luck to ya'll!
 
Ah. Going into Day 14 already! Weigh in and pictures are tomorrow, check them out in the "Before and After" section once they are up.

I'm feeling very good. I'm eating all healthy, natural foods. I'm working out, doing a combination of lifting and cardio. I'm hitting up the sauna and drinking plenty of water. I'm also counting my calories.

I went to GNC and also picked up some vitamins and fat burners yesterday. I'm very excited about all of this.

I DID have a bad day today though. Not that I ate too much, but I consumed WAYY to little. Only 550 calories today. I didn't plan that at all, but school, then work from 4-1030 just made it impossible to eat. I'm usually shooting around 1900-2300 per day.

Anyways, feeling good nonetheless. Gotta get some sleep. I weighed 205.5 lb on Day 1. I know it's only been 2 weeks, but a five pound decrease would be awesome.

I guess I'll see.
 
Hey everyone!

Just want to keep you all updated on how I'm doing.

I just got back from the gym, another 2.5 hour workout with weights/cardio/sauna. It was definitely a very solid workout.

Today is day #17 of my 90 Day Weight loss challenge. My most recent weigh in and pics from Day 15 are up.

Sunday, the day I weighed myself, was good until the evening. I went to a friends house and drank a lot of beer. Then I went to steak n' shake and decided to treat myself. My average amount of calories per day has been around 2000, and Sunday I had about 4200 calories.

To make up the bad day, yesterday I ate a sandwich, and that's it. I consumed a total of roughly 550 calories yesterday.

The past two days have been very unhealthy. One day overeating, the next day not eating enough at all.

So today I'm getting back on track, back to my average amount of calories, and I will move on from there.

I'm sick, I have a terrible cold and my throat hurts, but I'm not sick enough where I can't move, so I'm still going to work my ass off in the gym.

That's it for now. Other than feeling sick, I'm still liking the progress I'm making and the way I look. Thanks for the support.

I appreciate the support that's been shown so far. New pictures will be posted on Day 30. Today is Day #22, which meant another weigh in.
