82 pounds gone..10 to go!! (217-135)

I have lost over 80 pounds now and would like to share my pictures. I have done it with just healthy eating and excersizing. I count every calorie and I eat whole wheat grains/foods. (Whole Foods is my favorite store, its not expensive as youd think. We feed a family of 4 on about $70 a week or less)


Im going to have to eventually give up this bikini. Ive used it for my entire journey, but as you can see it hangs.

My current size is a 7 but I would like to fit into a 5 as my goal. I do not care what weight I am when I get there, I do not have a goal weight. I want to be happy with what I see in the mirror, with and without clothes on. My main focus is my love handles and belly flap (you cant see that part). Im not sure I will ever get a flat stomach due to 2 c sections, but Im going to make it as flat as my body allows! Also, I'm 5'5. I have done this in 18 months. Very slow, but its helped my skin shrink!!


My wedding rings no longer fit. :(

Your an inspiration! I went from 120 to 230 from the span of 8 years
had twins in 2007 and a baby boy in 2008 alot though was depression and binge eating...feelling like I could not reach my goal but with your post I know I can !

you look amaaaazing! Even your face looks different! And I can't believe the change in your hands!! Sorry if i missed it, but what kind of exercise are you doing?

I am doing Turbo Jam, and Slim in 6. Pretty much BeachBody.com workout videos. I have never been to a gym. (Well, unless you count 2 times I went as a guest with a friend) and I started my journey in March 07.
 
WOW!!! All your hard work has definitely paid off... you look fabulous! Did you post on this site when you first started, or maybe on a beachbody thread? I could SWEAR I saw your beginning post! Anyway, congratulations, you look great!
 
Yes I posted on this site awhile ago. Its probably the infamous pink bikini you remember..lol Ive brought that with me since day 1 and will wear it for pics until I maintain.

I havent posted on beachbody yet though. Not sure why. I think its the set up of their message board I dont like. Who knows..lol
 
Great transformation!! You really documented it well in all the photos too..even the hand WOW, that's amazing :) good luck on the last bit!!
