8 weeks

Here is my 8 weeks progress going good thanks to forums like this with the great people.

Wow!, what a difference in just 2 months!!!. You deserve a big pat on the back as im quite frankly gob-smacked!, WELL DONE! :)
 
OMG this lady told me yesterday my pics look like I'm on a starvation and crack diet. :( I work really HARD to lose this weight in such a short time. My motivation was my husband that really made me mad but whatever she must be jealous
 
That is some shocking weight loss haha. I must give you HUGE props on having the will power to stick with such a low cal. diet and the determination to burn SO many cals a day. That is a day right? 3000-3500 a day? That is just extreme! I love it! haha. I prefer the slow and steady way but this obviously works for you.

My exercises consist of running the track my housing goes in a circle sometimes that twice. I swim, ride my exercise bike or go to the gym. I use that Cardio trainer App for Driod when I'm running to keep track and for swimming I read on fitday.com that doing laps for a hour for my weight and height was about 300 cals so I make sure to do a hour

I did slow and steady after my 3rd baby but this time I had a small time line and an important goal date. :D
 
I'm so confused lol. Are you saying that you burn 3000-3500 a day or in a weeks time?

How about this. If you don't mind, would you share what a normal day of activity is like for you and go over how many calories you're saying you burn with each activity? I'd love to hear what it is that you do throughout the day (exercise wise).

If I'm asking too much just ignore me lol ^_^

LOL your not asking too much I'M SORRY for not being clear :D

in the morning before breakfast I work out either a hour or 1500 cals burned on my bike I start my day and again in the afternoon I run a mile (working my way up to multiple miles every week) then I go to the gym when my hubby comes home. At the gym I'm only there for a hour I run on the treadmill or stair machine for 30 min then I do the lat machine and leg lift machine and others depending on what I feel like that day. 2-3 days of the week I swim when I'm there with the kids we're there a few hours when I'm alone I do laps for a hour. later in the evening I ride the bike again for 1500 cals. On the days I don't go to the pool I do those workout DVDs on netflix or comcast.
