8 months 134lbs DO WORK

no secrets.. nothing special, just dedication and hard work.

you just have to stick with it.

diet was just whole wheats, turkey,chicken, turkey meat, yogury, pudding, veggies, and fruit. 5 meals a day. and gym 6 days a week

anyone can do it

thnx guys it means a lot..

my life is soo busy now, and the fire academy im in is very labor entensive.. its the most physical work iv ever done. and im in amazing shape for it.

trust me i would have never thought id be who i am today 3 years ago. shit even 2 years ago.. i thought it was an impossible task. but i did it!!
