75lbs And Counting... :)

Age: 23

In October of 2007, I weighed in at my heaviest at 210lbs. I honestly didn't realize I was 'that bad' until a bad breakup made me want to make some big changes in my life. I joined a gym with a close friend and started working out. Once I started to see results, I excerised nearly 5 days a week and started really watching what I was eating.

By August of 2008, I lost 75 lbs and was thrilled! The past few months of 08, I really just maintained my weight and eased up in the gym for a bit. Now I'm starting back at the gym and trying to lose a few more pounds but more importantly tone my body.

I've looked at a ton of the threads on here and they're so inspirational! I hope my pictures can inspire someone too :) Congrats to everyone on here, everyone has done a FANTASTIC job!

omgosh this is like a preview of what will happen to me if i keep working hard... our stats .... are practically the same i am half an inch shorter than you... this is very inspirational. thanks sooo much for sharing
 
Thanks so much for the supportive comments :) They mean a ton!!!!

And as far as how much more I'd like to lose, probably between 10-15lbs. I'm hoping I can lose that fat from focusing on toning as much as possible. We'll see how it goes :) I'll try to update pics as I see improvement!
 
Ah thanks guys :) These forums are so motivating to keep me going, hopefully soon I'll have update pictures too!
