hello im Patrick



At my 19th birthday my scale read 273lbs and i knew enough with the procrastinating, for my physical and mental state

something had to change, i look at the person i was and the person i am now and the only thing i truly like about me back then was that i made a change.



from 273 to 205 and still working to my goal of 173, I am 5ft 10

the main thing from the start was change in diet, portion control and health food

then going to the gym and riding the bike an hour a day 4-5 days a week until i lost enough to feel comfortable on a road bike

starting cycling and got hooked from that point exercise became fun and i noticed the lack of energy when i ate junk food


if i could say one thing that helped me more than anything else was finding exercise in the form of a hobby
