7 lbs Away From Goal

I know how hard it is to lose weight and the main reason for that (in my opinion) is for lack of motivation so I figured what the hell and I'm gonna share my progress picutes with you guys, because SERIOUSLY if I could do this anyone and their mother can. I'm not saying it's easy but it can definitely be done.

I commited to losing weight once and for all on January, 2008. It's now October 2008 and I have lost 41 lbs and I'm only 7 lbs. away from my goal weight!!

Check out some pictures. I've lost more weight since that last one though, but you get the idea. =)

Hey Hottie ;)

hey u looks absolutly gorgeous! Wow im having the same goal as urs, ur such an inspiration, hopfully i'll reach it like urs!! love the hair cut too ;)

Very well done. I'm impressed and you are hot. :)

Mind summarizing what you did? Each person's path to success is different, rightfully so, so I always stutter when asking this question b/c I don't want people latching on to any singular way of doing things... but I'm still interested.

Wowza!!! Amazing Job lady!! You look amazing!! I can only imagine how you feel!!! :)
Are you planning on making new goals once you've lost the last 7lbs??

I don't know how many inches total I lost, but it was a lot, and they keep disappearing too. I'm glad to be an inspiration for anybody, I really am very happy about that. To even think back on how big I was makes me want to cry. There's no turning back, this is the new me, forever.

Check out my diary for ideas, although I should tell you that I took no shortcut. All I did was eat healthy, control my portions, eat 5 times a day, and exercise a lot, I lift a lot of weights and do a lot of Cardio.

I go to the gym 6 days a week and I workout hard. I have a heart rate monitor that tells me how many calories I burn on my workout and I make sure to burn at least 500 on each workout, sometimes more. But the most important thing is the food. I eat very healthy stuff. If it's fried I don't put it in my mouth PERIOD.

And it's no burden either, I mean, I love the food I eat, I'm never hungry. I no longer live to eat, I eat to live now. I'm 115.8 (as of this morning) and it really hasn't been that hard. It's taken time though, but the pounds drop on their own while I just have to focus on maintaining my new life style.

The thought of gaining back a single pound that I've lost gives me chills!!

I don't know! I don't think so though but we'll see. I want no fat on me, like at all. If at 110 I have my goal body fat percent of 10% then that's it, if not, then we'll have to make arrangements, won't we? lol

if u have a chance can u help me lol i need to know how to eat i lost the weight but im still struggling with the belly fat and the ab thing lol and looking at u wow i want a belly like that do u have kids ??? i had three

No, I don't have kids. The thing about the abs is that most people think they're gonna get them by doing a million crunches a day when that's not the way. Obviously you have to work on your abs to get them, but if there's fat in you they won't show. You might have your six pack, but they won't show because of the fat on top. So what I do is a do ab exercises like maybe twice a week, but I do a lot of cardio exercise every day. Cardio melts fat, and as that happens your abs will slowly begin to show.

I'm not sure what you mean by "I need to know how to eat" though.

Well great for you! You should be so proud.

Healthy, calorically controlled diet and balanced exercise mixed with consistency seems to work every time.
