65 lbs lost.

this is me at 65 lbs slimmer:) I still need to lose about 30 more and i hope through this website i can accomplish that! If anyone wants to read my story they can do so on my diary entry:) thanks again guys.

The first one is the only older one i have. the 3 after are taken on the exact same webcam, 65 pounds lighter.

Before i was between a 40"-42" Waist. I included a pic of my now 34"-36" waist!

Very impressive weight loss! I've got another 30 or so lbs to lose as well, but I just ate a whole bowl of fresh guacamole so I guess I'll start on that tomorrow. :nopity:

Thanks a lot. Basically my eating is just trying to eat as healthy as i can. I eat a lot of fruits and veges, whole grains, lean meat, low fat dairy. I allow things like cheese into my diet, and try to just balance everything out. I usually eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. In my diary (only 2 days old, but i have been posting what i eat on those days)

I go to the gym about 5 days a week. I jog on the treadmill for 40 minutes, and usually walk 10. I also do different ball exercises and weight routines.I also do about an hour or so of walking. The city i am in for the summer is great because everything is walkable, and i have been walking absolutely everywhere. Hope this helps,

Thanx man your a true inspiration...
I have currently lost 10lbs...playing tennis,fast walking around,and P90X here and there...Also been eating a lot of Salads,cottage cheese,water,and Gatorade...lol
 
Well done man, U look really good, Im at the same place as u and need to loss another 30lbs minimum too, keep it up!!
