I don't know if anyone has seen this...but this is pretty rockin'. 615 pounds for 2 reps bench press RAAWWWW!

Yup, in the day of gear, it's not usual to see a bench this big without a shirt. Apparently, he's got the worst shirt carryover of all time. With his shirt on, he only gets about a 30 pound increase.

How much more you bench with your bench shirt on. If you bench 500 without it (=raw) and 600 with it, then your shirt carryover is 100lbs.

I like Inzer or Viking myself but you can order them online. Just google bench shirts. They basically help you to get a lot more weight by acting as a spring.
