I've been here for a while. I hit my 6 month mark this weekend. I started at 339lbs, now I'm at 279lbs. That is a total of 60lbs lost in the 6 months. I think it's a good steady pace so that it can be a life long weightloss that I can maintain. I have learned a lot about myself along the road, it hasn't been easy but my life is changed already. I have more energy than I could have ever thought possible. I try to maintain lower calories , but don't really count them. I mostly do 1 hour walk for exercise, soon going to add some strenght training in there. I only hope my next 6 months will be as successful. The way I look at it, only 40 more lbs to 100. I'm being realistic about my goals, still have treats and the biggest lesson learned....I"M NOT PERFECT, I will make mistakes and bad choices, but I have to keep going forward and I will get there. It's been amazing. I need to keep going so any comments are welcome, these are the last pics I'll take in my old clothes, next month will be tighter workout clothes so I can tell a difference. But let me know what you think. Thanks to you all for the support, I'm on here daily.
