6'0 woman - From 278 lbs to 210 and still going down...

You look fantastic. Your face has really changed with your weight loss. You can really see a lot more of your beautiful bone structure now. If I didn't know how tall you were I would never guess that you were at around 200lbs. Knowing that your 6ft tall, it makes sense. I'm a little over 6'2'' and most people guess i'm well under 200lbs... but I'm not yet :)
Us tall peeps have an advantage of being able to carry our weight well.

Congrats on your achievements thus far and I'm excited to see more pics of you at your goal. Keep up the great work!

Hi! Yes, I always had a large face with big cheeks but now at least I can see a bone stucture to it....and that feels good! Yes, most people I know are shortert than me and they would never had guess that I would be around 200lbs!

hi there... my daily excersie is usually walk for 40 minutes and then play with my dog for about 30 minutes at the dog park... then at home I run on my treadmill for 60 minutes.... how did you manage to loose 16 kilos in 34 days?

i'm soooooooo confused, i was just wondering how do you get so many calories in daily??
i do, say, on average, 60 minutes a day on the treadmill (but only 5 days a week), average 7km a day, which is 4.34 miles a day, so 21.70 miles a week.

but according to my ticker thingy, i'm only doing 500 calories a day???

oh...i see, so the difference is what you burn just doing day to day stuff??

Hi!

I use to calculate the amount of calories I burn.
Between working 8 hours, housework, walking my dog to the dogpark and play with her and my time on the treadmill it adds up pretty good.... I probably sit still and watch Tv about 2 hours a day...the rest I am almost always on the move....
