Something tells me you are from Sweden, if you are then we have another thing in commen more than loosing weight. I am originally from Sweden but moved to Florida 3 years ago.

I can see from your pictures that you are doing a great job as well! Keep up the great work!

Hi wishes! Yes, some people just wanna go toooo far... I just want to be in the middle of my BMI. May I ask how tall you are? You are truly an inspiration!

Hi, thank you for stopping by again! Please feel welcome to ask my anything, happy if I can help!

The only excersie I do is to walk/jog on my treadmill 3-4 days a week for 60 minutes.
First I walk on the treadmill for 9 minutes (speed of 3.5 miles/hour) and then I jog/run (speed 4.6 miles/h) for 1 minute.... I will do this over and over again until i reach 60 minutes... great excersie!... I guess it is different from person to person but this way is perfect for me (I have a herniated disc)....

I eat about 1200 calories a day and burn about 3200 calories a day.
Loosing about 4 lbs a week!

I moved to Florida from Sweden 3 years ago and in middle of April-08 I am going back on a vacation to Sweden for 1 month and hopefully will be able to reach 175 lbs before then.... this gives me the push and motivation to work hard!.... My friends and family will be sooooo suprised:D

I forgot to add, incidentally, my motivation to lose weight is somewhat similar to yours. I am also going to rendez vous with some kin in about four months, so I want to look my best as well! Im 5'6" but im appear to carry more muscle than fat so i weigh in heavy - hence why my goal isnt that low. And even if im wrong, im happy with the way i look anyway :)

You seem to have a lot of muscles and really do look great! You have done a fantastic job!

True!.... I feel the same way. It's not that i wasn't able to get a BF before when i was heavier I just didn't love myself enough to let anyone else love me....
 
Another Monday....phew.. got through another weekend of not eating or drinking any unhealthy stuff!
I work a 9-5 job and when the weekdays come it is easy for me to follow a specific schedule of work, exercises and eating right!.... Weekends are the toughest... I just want to relax on the couch eating chocolate and donuts and drinking coke!.... The main solution is to keep yourself busy!
 
Hey. You look like a completely different person~ fantastic job on the weight loss! I agree with the others; very pretty face.

By the way - I made sure to lock all the doors and windows before I made this post because I FEAR woman my height or taller.

AHHHH! I'm gonna go hide under the bed now..... lol
