6 weeks...

The first photo was from this past summer (270)... the 2nd was 6 weeks ago (267lbs)... the final 2 were taken this Sunday(254lbs).

I'm hoping to reach my goal of 190 by the end of summer.
 
YOU ARE DOING GREAT !!! :D
I'm really jealous - even at 200 lbs you'll probably be looking like 190 ;)

I really don't look my weight... I do carry a little more in my theighs and butt then do most guys though. The great thing is I get easily fit into pants that were too tight before. I can see and feel the difference. Most people say I look around 230-225.

I'm still hoping to get below 200... I want to be thin. I also hate feeling like I am carrying a brick around all the time. I want to feel lighter. I feel like half of what exercise hard for me is the extra pressure my weight puts on me. I feel like I am doing extra work all the time.

My plan thus far has been... eat a breakfast of 200 calories (I normally don't have time to eat much more.) Have snacks totaling 300 calories throughout the day. Eat a lunch of no more then 500 calories. Eat a lite dinner 200-600 calories.

I walk about a mile and a half each day suring my commute to work. Take karate lessons for 1 hour, 2-3 times a week.

So far, its working... I'll keep everyone updated.
