Way to go everyone! I'm so proud of everyone and I'm trying really hard to catch up with you all. I was super bad yesterday but I promise to try extra hard this week!

I took the waterpills for 2 days and I feel much better what
exactly does the high sodium do to ya? I noticed I didn't feel like this
till this week and I did have Subway a couple times and I know
lots of sodium! Do ya retain water because of high leveles of
sodium!
Well 7 days we can do this I dropped a couple more since friday but
like I said doesn't count till friday! Have a good monday every1 Tammy

At the moment I am a victim of sodium.... Grrrr!!!!

Subway, while it's low in calories---the freakin' sodium is through the roof!!! 1280g's of sodium in a turkey wrap!!! That's insane!
 
Can you guy believe that we have less than a week left?! This six weeks have flown by. I've lost 20 so far...but still have another 10 to go. Seems a little unrealistic for a week huh? Well I'm sure going to try to get there. Maybe shoot for another 5 :)

Ok, so I started out at 195, got down to 182 and am now struggling to get back down to 182. I ate KFC on Saturday and ever since then I've been at 184.5. It's maddening!! I'm trying to flush out my system today with a crap load of water and I'm planning on doing as much as I can on the evil elliptical machine. I want to be back at 182!!! or better yet....180!!
 
Yea...I weigh a lot more than you. When you're heavier you get rid of weight faster. I expect my weight loss to slow down when i get to about 200. But, it sounds like you've got a little case of water retention! Stick with it...it'll go away :) The best feeling is when you get on the scale and only expect to have lost a couple pounds..and it drops to five pounds lighter. It's like christmas!

I love Christmas carols, I could listen to them all year long.

I've lost another pound!! Only 2 more to go to meet my challenge goal!:)
 
Ok, so at least I'm back down to my challenge goal weight...so I have definately made my goal. Phew!!! Now, to keep the downward trend and not ever see the number 184 ever, ever again!
 
i eat subway at least 3 times a week. i didn't realize it was that bad. I get the club without cheese and no dressing.
 
Subway Club Sandwich is 320 calories and 1310 mg of sodium.
Subway Club Salad is 160 calories and 880 mg of sodium.

Most of subways food is great on calories, it's just the high sodium.

I got this nutrition guide the last time I was there---and since then I haven't been back. Wow, I sound like I'm preachin'!

On a happier note, weight watchers chocolate mousse ice cream bars are amazingly yummy!!

Well, 5 more days of our challenge! Boy 6 weeks sure did go by fast!

Anyway, I've made my goal weight--twice actually. I've done 126.5 miles! And I've done 6100 sit-ups! I'm going clothes shopping on Monday (no school, Jewish holiday) and I really hope that I'm back down to 182 by then--if not, I will continue to take the chill pills that M2M prescribed and hope for the 180s before the 15th.

Keep on truckin' everybody! The end is in sight!
 
Subway basically just serves lunch meat on bread, and lunch meat does contain alot of sodium. If you like subway, then just buy your own low fat meat and make your own sandwiches on thin bread, preferably whole wheat/high in fiber.
 
Way to go Kaitie! I am so loving the sound of all these yummy WW desserts...I really wish they were Canadian.:(
