hi guys - congratulations to everyone who has lost!

i haven't weighed in because my weight keeps going UP instead of down - i can't understand it, i've been eating well and exercising every day. its not TOM - maybe my scales broke!!!

anyhoo, i'll keep on trying :)
 
Ok weigh in day was this morning it said 209! So I lost 3lbs
this week,not as much as I have been ,even though I have been
working harder! lol and I was trying to quote you 2 up there^^^!

CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!!...and guess what? I FINALLY get to report a loss!! Woo Hoo! I lost one whole pound...though I think it's more because its almost that TMO and I'm bloated but HEY, I'm happy with my pound baby!!!

Hey everyone! Sounds like we've had some great successes this week---Congrats!!

I'm down to 188 even during my TOM so I'm hoping that in a few days I'll see some more great results!!!

I walked into my principals office yesterday (I'm a teacher) and she says "Kaitie, what do you think you're doing?" After I crapped a brick trying to think of all the wrong things I might have done I said "Um...what do you mean?" and she said "You've lost more weight haven't you!" I smiled and said "Yes, I don't want to be fat my entire life :)" and we laughed.

Phew!!

Edit: So far I've lost 5.5 pounds since this challenge has started!!! Yippee!! 4.5 to go!

Okay, I didn't quite make my 2 lbs...I lost 1.5, which is still good :) So Kaitie, you're down to 188, but where were you last week? Do I have to post another pic?:confused:

Sounds good to me:) Maybe I can get in my .5 before I leave Wed. morning. Kinda hard to exercise sitting in the car for 5-9 hours a stretch.:p
 
219, its under 220 at least.
