what is the best way to work out our abs?!?

tell me everything, slow or fast crunches? how many repititions? how many sets? posture?
 
Your body fat % is low enough, if you want to see your abs, you'll need to build them up and cause hypertrophy, like you would for any other muscle. The reason you aren't seeing them is because they probably aren't big enough yet!

yes..i know that it is low enough to show..but how long will it take to develop them, because i never workout my abs before, and how do i do proper crunches?!?
 
do em at a gym...get a decline bench, grab a weight, aim for low reps about 4-6 for 3 sets. Do side bends for your obliques, youll see results in no time
