Not gonna lie, this forum is super badass. If I found something like this sooner I'd weigh much less now.

So Basically I've been fat all my life, I started losing weight in february. I weighed 320 lbs and looked like this

I've been working out every day and eating less. I haven't really focused on making my diet healthy yet, but I definately will do so sometime soon.

I weigh 245 as of yesterday and this is an updated pic of me:

My plan is to keep losing weight and eventually have a six pack. (Maybe become a male stripper for bachlorette parties hahahaha)

I love taking pictures so every week Ill upload mugshots and scale pictures. Hell maybe after I lose weight I can have a slide show of my pictures and sell them to some weight loss advertising company ;)

So off to work out, I'll update later =)

Did an hour of the stair master today. Burned 1000 calories, went 5.75 miles up the stairs. Ran out of energy to do weights though =(

Ran some errands and got some good deals on healthy food:
Salads, carrots, cucumbers ect.
Alot better than the hot dogs and nachos I've been normally eating. But sadly thats usually whats in the fridge when you are in college and your roommate can eat anything and still stay skinny as a stick.

Weighed in at 242 after the workout. 3 more pounds down!

Super tired though, time for a nap =)
 
I'm just eating about 1100 calories a day. I've seen Fit, but It just doesn't work for me. i must have ADD or something haha.
 
Partied a little, drank some so-co and coke, only get tipsy though so I don't think I drank enough to gain some lbs. Only time will tell haha.

Just found out the scale I bought yesterday is broken. Every time you step on its a random number within 10 pounds of my weight haha.

Guess I'll just go exchange it =P

Decided to start drinking at least a gallon of water a day. Read an article that lots of water is essential for losing fat. I didn't need much convincing ;)

Was eating some baby carrots and decided to look up the calorie content and found some interesting things.
14 carrots have 35 calories and 8 carbs! I thought it was way lower. I also found out cucumbers have 15 vitamins and 2 carbs per serving. I've never eaten cucumbers before, never developed a taste for them, but I ate a piece of one raw last night and it wasn't bad!

Hopefully this diet change and continuing my 1000 calorie daily workout will keep shredding these pounds off.

I eat cucumbers now like theyre potato chips. theyre surprisingly very good and give me that crunch that i so enjoy!

I drink a crazy amount of water too, I read somewhere that it lubricates your muscles. If I'm slacking on my water intake, I can definitely feel it in my calves.

It sounds like we have similar calorie and exercise plans. So keep up the great work!

Kind of slacked off working out these last 2 weeks. Time to get back in the groove! Off to work then workout time!

Been a hectic 2 weeks, Slacked off on working out, my membership at 24 hour fitness expired, and I got a new job. :banghead:

On the plus side my new job has a personal gym so I can work out on breaks, at lunch and anytime after work. :party:

And somehow I lost 2 lbs not working out and eating horrible haha.

So hopefully eating less, drinking more water, and moderate workouts at work will keep me going!
