Thank you so much for sharing your success story, It is so inspirational. The excess skin that you feel you are *stuck* with is such a small price to pay for all of those years of living you have added to your life. Huge standing Ovation for You! - Michelle

Hey guy,That's outstanding :hurray: I really admire your dedication and spirit....I need to take a lesson from you....You are an inspiration, Thanks for posting your pics:)

good weight loss man
quick question though
how did you manage to get up to 562lb? i'm not trying to be insulting, its just to someone like me that seems an insane amount. its like, it would be easier not to be that heavy, if you know what i mean. once again, kudos on the weight loss bro

Wait one darn second! Are you suggesting that moving more and eating less and doing that consistently actually works?

Amazing how that works, isn't it? :D

Don't check for a bit and there's a boatload of replies....

How did I get to 562? Well it took 30 years and at 6'4" 562 ain't as big as you'd think. Not to oversimplify but it was simply too high of an intake and a sedentary lifestyle.

Never really had health issues and got around 'fine' (in my mind...of course huffing after a jaunt across the parking lot certainly isn't 'fine') so it never hit me I was THAT big. Wasn't until I started having issues sleeping due to sleep apnea...then a doctor...then a consult w/ a bariatric surgeon (who said I needed to be 450 before he'd touch me)...the rest is history.

Most of this is due to me being a stubborn SOB. Bariatric surgeon said I was too fat for weight loss surgery. Jesus, you wanna talk about sobering!

Super !!!
P.S. Is it photoshop ??? :drool5: or may be something like l

Nah, if it was photoshop I could get rid of the batwings, turkey neck, and the spare tire that I'm likely stuck with.

No magic bullet type pills either...check my diary post and I go a little into what I did for calorie levels etc but the only pills involved were vitamins/supplements.
