55 pounds less!

hey , this is my monthly update! today , i finished the hardest stage in my weight loss as i lost 55 lbs. from march 9 till june 9.
 
Very nice progress indeed, I bet you get complemented on your weight loss often.

How did lose the weight, what kind of regimen did you use? 55 pounds in that amount of time is pretty impressive. :D

well etonyx to be honest i didn't followed a regime or diet coz all of that stuff failed before many times...so i kinda ate less amounts of food and better qualities:
_raw food
_grilled food
_protein rich food (grilled fish-grilled chicken breast-sea food)
_and i didn't eat any fried food!

and i go to the gym 3 days per week , 2 hours each time and in the rest days of the week i go for a jog or a walk in the afternoon , hikes , taekwondo...

my starting weight was 273 lbs and now i am 218 lbs. and i am 6'1" .

concerning the gym :

_1 hour cardio
_1 hour weight machines

In july i am gonna start with weights , coz now i am able too do it after loosing some weight . I am intending to loose 22 pounds during the summer.
 
:party:Way to go! The difference is staggering, especially in that last pic. You are so slim and trim now!
