Hello this is my first post on these forums, was just dropping in to post some before and in-between pictures. In the "before" picture i weighed 300 pounds, and in the "after" picture i weigh 246. Started March 28 of 2009.
 
Clothes

Sorry for the baggy clothes havent got out and bought any since i lost the weight the shirt is actually tucked in in the back.
 
Wow Thats an amazing job so far! Your face looks like a whole new person! Cant wait to see the complete after shots!!!! Good Luck!!!!

You look fantastic!!! Congratulations on your loss, it has made a big difference to how you look, and I hope to how you feel :)

You do need those new clothes though, the old ones are not flattering your new form.

It sounds like you and I are built pretty much the same. I am 6'5" and 238lbs. I still wear alot of my 3xl shirts still and swim in them. I kept putting off buying new clothes because I didnt want to buy something and then a month later it be to big for me.

I have to agree with most the others, your looking great man! Honestly going by your pictures I would hardly call you overweight.

Whats your secret? How much if any do you work out? I'm 6'4 and I weigh 305 pounds right now end goal is 240-250. My highest weight was 395 but I find weight loss down at about 300 incredibly hard.

Hey Dave, I actually work out quite a bit 5 times a week for about an hour and a half. I jog about 3 miles a day and lift weights. That and watching what you eat and staying away from the junk food helps alot. My goal is around 210, still have a gut under the shirt.
 
Guess i'm on the right track then! couple days ago I jogged 4 miles well jog/power walk mix with some weights. and last night I did 40min treadmill 10min weights 20min stationary bike 10min weights 30min elliptical. Hard finding that much time with work and sleep. but before a couple nights ago i lost most my weight with little exercise. Hopefully I'll see as drastic of changes as you.

What was your goal? Health reasons or a greater purpose, not that health isn't a great reason:p. And what kept you motivated?
