54 Days.

Dear Diary,

It's been 54 days of my weight loss, I've done well but have cheated on occassion. Ok, maybe more than occassional. I still lost a decent amount of weight and inches, but know I could have been stronger and had more will-power.

In the end, I still have time to make the best of it and will continue to be successful, even if not perfect.

Lemonade.

Starting weight: 150lbs
Waist: 40.5 inches
Bust: 41 inches
Hips: 40 inches
Arms: 12.5 inches
Thighs: 22.5 inches

Stat's at day 54:

Weight: 138lbs
Waist: 37 inches
Bust: 39 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Arms: 11.5 inches
Thighs: 23 inches (I walk and climb stair daily)

I'm VERY pleased with my results so far!!

My goal weight is 125-135lbs.

Day 55.

Morning:

8:00am - Had breakfast shake.

11:00am - Garden salad with 3 Cheese Ranch dressing.

Lunch:

12:30pm - Peanut butter and chocolate shake.

2:30pm - Apple, orange, strawberries, and sunflower seeds.

Supper:

5:00pm - Chicken Ceasar Salad, Raspberry yogurt, and a handful of cashews.

7:00pm - Raw carrots, celery, and cherry tomatoes.

8:00am - Strawberry-Kiwi, yogurt smoothie.

11:00am - Digestive cookies, vanilla yogurt.

Lunch:

12:30pm - Chocolate, banana shake.

2:30pm - Cashews, red peppers, apple/blackberry yogurt.

Supper:

5:00pm - Soft Tacos, garden salad.

7:00pm - Strawberry yogurt and cashews.

You are eating simular things to what I am eating :) And you have simular goals.
I wish you the best! And by the way...you are almost there. :)
 
They just don't fit so easily into my eating schedule anymore.
I used to plow through them; I'm fairly certain that at one point in my life, I was 90% sunflower seed.

I see, I love them and my kids do as well. There always in the house.

That's awesome!! My friends and I are doing the weight loss as a group, but there goals will take longer than mine. I do plan to continue with the meal plan though, even after I hit my goal weight.

Morning:

8:00am - Had peach and strawberry smoothie.

11:00am - Garden salad with 3 Cheese Ranch dressing.

Lunch:

12:30pm - Regular shake.

2:30pm - Digestive cookies, yogurt.

Supper:

5:00pm - Brown rice, homemade meatballs, and salad.

7:00pm - Yogurt and an apple.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. My daughter had her 7th birthday party and business has been active, hopefully I can start posting regularly again.

Lost another 2lbs and .5 inchs off of my waist. This week, I will be very strict on my Challenge!!

Well done on such a great job so far. You should be so proud of yourself :)

Thank you very much!! I am, its been a long time since I have been as strict as I have been. Also, month end, business is always busier at the end of a month or year. But my team of support is great and motivating, I couldn't really fail this time! :)
