5'3, 112lbs.

I'm currently 15, I'll be turning 16 in November. I'm 5'3 and I weigh 112 pounds. I'm not sure how much I should weigh but I want to lose 5-10 pounds and eat healthier. I am a track runner, indoor and outdoor. My eating habits are not the best and the only time I workout is during practices, but both track seasons are over. If you have any tips that would be great!
 
Have you talked to your parents about losing weight? Even though the season is over you could run in your neighborhood or school track after school. Running is great exercise. I think it would be best to talk to your parents about the weight you want to lose. They could find out how much you are supposed to weigh from your physician and if you are above or below target your physician can give you tips and ideas for someone your age. Hope this helps!
