So far, I've lost 52 pounds, still working on it, but its definetly a start!
I've been registered on here for a couple months now, and just lurked around...Reading all the amazing stories, and looking at all the inspirational photos, but I figured I'd post some of my own photos, and maybe they'll be an inspiration to someone too!
In January, I was 274lbs...Could have been more, but that was the last weight I saw on the scale. I'm currently down to 222lbs as of this morning. Just started eating healthier, cut my calories, eliminated all soda and got a gym membership. Though, the last couple months I've been slacking, otherwise I'd probably be down to atleast 200 now...But I started back up on my diet yesterday and will continue working on it.
I don't really have a goal yet. I'm 5'5, so for my height and frame, I've read that the healthy weight range is between 137 and 155. So it all depends on how I feel and look once I get down to that range. I don't ever remember myself being that skinny, lol.
ugh...this picture is so embarrassing to me. I won't even show it to my boyfriend...
