179.6! The 180 barrier has been by far the hardest to beat for me.
Yesterday I splurged like crazy. I have to show everything I ate and talk about it for a second:
Breakfast: Lean Cuisine Pizza: 310 Cal
Lunch: Spaghetti 3 oz 317 Cal
Spaghetti Sauce 1.5 cups, 354 Cal
Snack: Doritos: 225 Cal
Dinner: Chick-fil-a Nuggets: 260 Cal
Fries: 280 Cal
Dipping Sauce: Polynesian: 110 Cal
Dipping Sauce: BBQ: 45 Cal
Snack: Fudgesicle: 60 Cal
Total: 1961.
So - I feel like I gorged myself yesterday. Way more spaghetti than I needed to feel full, then Doritos, then Chick-fil-A. But - Gorging to me now lands me at 1961 instead of 4000 or 5000. My friends and I used to hang out and eat fast food TWICE. We would go eat fast food - watch a movie or something - eat fast food again. Or we would go to the movies and get a jamba juice - AND a meal.
I'm changing so much....I always had it in my head that 180 was the absolute barrier for me - that my body naturally liked to be above 180. Even when I was in marching band I was never below 180. The only time I made it below I was working out and gained it all back in no time when I quit.
Hooray!
Wish me luck - this will be my second Sunday resisting doughnuts - if I make it
