Todays weight is 13 stone 9.5 lbs - (191.5) i wont lie i was hoping to be lower but every loss is a loss

I am THRILLED with todays weight- My scales says 13 Stone 5.75 lbs (187.75) i am SO DELIGHTED WOHOOOOOOOOOOO

Forgot to throw in last weeks weight was away sorry. Last saturdays weight was 13 stone 5. Oh well its a loss at the end of the day

Todays weight is 13 stone 2 pounds (184 lbs) YAY . i am so happy with that i cant believe im so close to being in the 12s i have not been in the 12s since 2005 yay

Hi all. I am so sorry i have not been on the last month i had a very bad break up with the boyfriend and i majorally fell off the wagon but i got bk on it big time. Todays weight is 12 stone 13.25 lbs (181.25 lbs) yay. Very happy to be in the 12s again its been years
