4mile run

today i did my 4 mi. run in 32:40 it was a screaming 90 degrees no shade with my son in his jogging stroller. in shorts and trail running shoes. dont know how much they weigh.

my goal is 4mile run in <32minutes. in boots and pants. i need to reach that goal my the beginning of the year.

i seem to run better with people in a group. do my runs moslty by my self but i notice i am more motivated when there are other people running.

i do my 1 1/2 in between 1220 and 1245slowest but on my PRT i ran it in 11:17 there were other people so i was a little more motivated.
 
why in boots and pants? is it for the army or something?
