45kg to go from fat to fit !

Thanks Marathon Man and Jesse,

I am now doing a lot more exercise. I have a friend who is a personal trainer, who is helping me to sort out my cardio and gym. The points system is quite good for me although, I do find I get hungry really easily. My PT Friend told me that I need to eat 6 meals a day......I am going to try it today !!

Wish me luck, hope you are all making advances this week too !!
