400 deadlift form check

it looks like you're bending your lower back a bit at the setup, you're definately not as tight as you want to be.
The lockout is very messy, you're using your back to lock out instead of bringing the hips through with the glutes, and it doesn't look like you're holding your back arched in the lockout either. I don't know if it's the weight, or if you just haven't got the form down quite yet.
 
you need to sit down lower to start IMO,also your back is arched the wrong way (like a cat stretching) if you keep your head forward and your shoulders back then its difficult to arch your back the wrong way,and as said by the guys drop the weight get your form right first.
 
If that was a max attempt then, ok, they can be messy on form sometimes, just make sure you don't do that too often. I'm sure I'd hate to see a recording of some of my max attempts
