Yeah, she went to a regular Dr. the other day just for a checkup- shes got a sleep test coming up soon, she hasta start taking major doses of fish oil for her cholesterol and blood pressure also. She DID ask her dr if she thought it would be appropriate to have the surgery done, and she told ME that her dr said she wants to see her do it on her own first, so she actually went and got a gym pass, started walking a LITTLE bit, etc. But she told our other sister that the dr said she needs to have it done. Whatever, who knows the "real" truth with it anymore. I just can't handle it. I think its lazy, and like you say- quick fix. You still hafta work to be healthy, no matter how fast you lose the weight.
Yeah, I'm getting healthier, and I'm feeling better, and feel like I'm in pretty damn good shape, its just soooo frustrating to not see it on the scale. Yeah yeah, I know, I say that every coupla weeks when I get depressed about it, but really. Would it be that horrible for me to just lose this last seventy lbs fast-ish and call it good? lol!

I tried to saw a small branch off a tree here, with one of those hand saws. It only took me about 5 minutes and I gave up. My sis had to go at it, but she got it down. I can only imagine dealing with that big tree, I saw the pic in the vegas thread! OMG!!! Go girl, way to handle it!

Cardio: cross trainer, 45min, 3.24miles. Did a few minutes less of cardio than I wanted, ONLY because I spent so long trying to open my bathroom door, lol...
Less than three weeks to Vegas! WOOO! I gotta crack the whip. I'm not getting anywhere... I wanna lose at least another five or six lbs, so I'm gonna hafta be VERY strict on food(i.e. no cartons of ben n jerrys) and I think that I'm gonna hafta get in a bit of cardio on the weekends too...
HAHA! I use to want to run, but I've decided that its maybe just not in the cards for a while- should probably see a dr. bout my crazy clicky knee before I get into runningBut I average just under 19.5miles per week. Its a TON more than I used to be able to do, but its nothing special- there are people who do that in a day... Still, for bein a chubby girl, I don't think its anything to sneeze at either.
