:blush5: Nah, I'm sure that you know LOTS more people with more persistance than me, but thank you, you have NO idea how much it means to hear someone say it. I'm just not content with letting myself get worse, when I know theres better thngs for me, therefore, I refuse to give up.

haha! I'm hoping to be hot and skinny someday :) may take a while, but when I am, whoo boy. I'm gonna dress like a hoochie for a while. hahaha! Nah, I probly won't. but it sounds fun :D

I think that when I finally get where I wanna be, I may look into personal training... I really don't know anything about it right now, and I know there are a ZILLION personal trainers already, but there are so many people who need help that can't afford it(I"M one of them), and I think that it would be nice to offer "discounted" help lol. YOU don't need to train with anyone tho. Your so close to your goal that I'm jealous!
 
Gonna be a quick post, I gotta long day ahead of me tomorrow, gots to sleep!

Workout: Shoulders. Cardio: cross trainer 50min, 3.52miles.

Zune froze up on me again- luckily I only had like seven minutes left to go on the cross trainer, but gooooddd! Its pissing me off- its only the 2nd time its done this, and I have a one year warranty on it, HOWEVER- ya hafta have the reciept. NO receipt. Oh I'm mad... anyywayyy, I'll check on everyone tomorrow!
 
Jesus, I can't even REMEMBER the last time I was under 200lbs... I remember when I was 14, in drivers ed, and they said, "Put your correct weight and height on here, as it WILL be used to identify you." aaannnnd I thought I was cheating by putting 210 instead of 215... sad :( lol. I'm predicting under 200, at my goal, by my 27th bday next August. And the day I actually HIT 199, that will be a big day :) NOT gonna give up. Thanks girly!

You can totally do it by your birthday! One foot in front of the other girl. At the rate you're going, you'll be under 200 for sure! Plus with all that exercise you are doing, you're going to have a hard body!!

I'm so proud of you, you're doing great.:hurray:
 
Sucks about the zune! I haven't had any problems with mine... yet (fingers crossed).

There are a lot of people who get into personal training after losing weight... I think it's great because people might relate to someone who has been in their shoes rather than someone who has never been overweight at all...
I used to be a PT. I've thought about getting back into it but I just don't know if I can do the early and late hours... Oh and don't be jealous of me. At the rate I'm losing these last 14 pounds, you'll reach your goal before me. :) Love ya girl! :seeya:

there may be zillions of trainers out there but not all of them are any good.
 
Gonna be another short post! Its late, my boss is coming to town today- we'll see how much they think I'm worth for a raise(a raise that is almost a year late)- I feel kinda icky- headache, tummyache, cramps...bleh. Everything is combining together to equal one giant bag of crap, lol.

Tonights workout: chest. Cardio: did 45min on the cross trainer for 3.2miles, and was gonna call it quits, and decided that it wouldn't kill me to doa little more, so I did another 15min and 1.09miles.

Got a 10% raise, woohoo! I wanted 15, but 10 is the highest they handed out in my region.... SOOOOO I'll take it I guess. I'm actually ok with it, theres a little relief there. But my part timers are still kinda screwed. I hate work. I hate money. I wanna move to a remote island and live off the land. lol. Nah, maybe not that last part :rolleyes:

Had a killer lazy weekend, and I LOVED IT! Ahhh... Felt so nice to just sit around today and pretty much do nada. But, tomorrow brings work, and effort, :rolleyes: lol

Tonights workout: legs. Cardio: 1hr 15min cross trainer, 5.28miles. Figured I'd try to start the week off strong, and I think I may have done it :) Now lets hope I can keep that motivation going the rest of the week. Ya know whats sad?? As long as theres good tv I can pretty much keep going... Pretty horrible really. Its ok tho, cuz it definately keeps me workin. Who wants to be the fatso sittin in the middle of the gym watching tv NEXT to the cardio machines??LOL! Not me..
Annnyyway, I am gonna go check out some other people, its been a while :)
