And drink green tea! If you're craving salt (and have been eating it) I'm sure you're holding water... there is NO WAY you gained 4 pounds since Sunday! :D

I know... realistically you KNOW you aren't gaining at that rate, but in your head, you see the scale and you wanna rip your hair out! GAA! The scale was back down two lbs tonight, so thats better... BUT, after my wine drinking weekend, I'm just hoping to maintain!
I DO need to get some green tea- I think I'll get some from work tomorrow... I know its good for ya, yet never drink it.
 
Tonights workout: Back. Cardio: 45min cross trainer, 3.23miles.

I also did 10 minutes on my little mini stair stepper tonight while I was watching tv... It gets ya sweating, so I should try to do that at least once during the day.

So, since I was craving something sweet, I decided to just make a protein smoothie- only I ran outta bananas, so I did vanilla protein, orange juice, a little skim milk, and mandarin oranges :) It wasn't to bad actually. Filling, sweet, and ya get a little fruit out of it. I woulda preferred my Chocolate-caramel-banana-peanut butter shake, but I was outta bananas, and I didn't feel like just protein with peanut butter. The bananas just add a little somethin.

annnyyyway, that was sort of a tangent, sooo I'm gonna go to bed now :)
 
Tonights workout: little bit of legs, little bit of shoulders again.
Cardio: 50min, 3.57miles

I actually got to the gym bout 12:15 tonight- which is LATE, but fairly early for me :) So I decided to do a little bit of extra cardio just since I had the time.

Work sucked today- got a memo in the mail that said my 2 new part timers are getting their wages cut back 45cents because my RSD didn't have the aproval to give them a higher amount... When I called him, he goes- well, oh well. Guess they'll hafta work harder and make more commission. Are you F-ING kidding me? As it is, I've been waiting for my OWN raise for almost a year, so to hear that, i just lost it. I freaked out, told him I was gonna look for a new job, because obviously this company has no interest in keeping their employees compensated for their hard work, and he had the balls to say, well, you guys have the highest amount of commission paid out per paychecks in the region. Who the hell CARES! If you value our work, you would give us what we deserve. Stupid. Whatever. The problem is, even if I DID find a new job, theres no way I'd make near the money I make here. GAA! Why does life hafta be so friggin irritating?

Scale said I'm back down a little further(earlier this week it said I was UP four lbs from Saturday. psh), so now I'm only up just over a lb. SOooo thats great, I may actually get below my starting weight this week :)

Saturday I may be going to Colorado- just for overnight- because my friends little sister's baby(haha! sounds like the beginning of a bad joke) has already had 1 heart surgery(hes just over 2months old) and his next wasn't sposeta be till January, but hes getting sicker, so it may be on Monday instead.. Anyway, Dominica needs to bring her little sister down there and drop her off, and SHE has a brand new baby and doesn't think she can make the drive by herself. Eh. I'll be able to get outta town for a day, leave my store for a day, just destress. I need to. jeez.

That sucks about the memo and wage decrease. Geez, so ridiculous! So what do they save, an extra $20 a week? With inflation the way it is, you'd think they'd leave it alone!

I am on track for weight loss too. I'm up about 0.8 from my lowest, but think I can knock it down by Saturday!

You're on a roll girl, keep it up!

Yay! So far I'm at perfect points to... gotta keep it that way :) I've decided that if I let myself miss a point or two once in a while, its not so bad... but those coupla weeks that I was making less than HALF my points, yeah. Horrible. For the next six weeks, going for perfect :D

Yeah, I figured it out, and one employee missed out on $17, and the other only $8. But the WHOLE point is- we should be getting rewarded for having the best sales, not getting paid less than everyone else! Not cool!
 
So I just got off work, I'm pooped! Gonna take a nap, maybe try to spend a little extra time at the gym- I am usually there an hour and a half or so, but sitting in a car for two days doesn't seem like prime weight loss time to me :rolleyes: sooo I gotta work some fat off before then :)

WOW! So I had ALOT to catch up on. I don't know if you heard, but my area (Columbus, OH) was hit really hard by storms and I was out of power for nearly a week. Ouch. So it was great to finally get back on here after everything was said and done and to read your journal. It is amazing how much you are motivated. Your motivation motivates ME to get moving and DO SOMETHING! I love reading what you have done, and how you didn't think it was "enough," but what you are doing astounds me. I haven't been as diligent working out as you, but your journal never fails to get me moving!

Keep up the great work and keep writing!

Aww! Thanks :) Its nice to know that other people think I'm working hard, haha! My little sister and her friend have been working out together because they are SOOO outta shape(120lb little twits!) and they've been doing like 15 to 20minutes of cardio, so yeah, I am doing a pretty decent job I guess :) However, its so frustrating to know that I work twice as hard for half the results! Gaa! Will it never end?!
 
Tonights workout: Bis and tris. Cardio: cross trainer 1 hour, 4.17miles.

Pretty damn tuff workout tonight.. Tried lifting a bit heavier than I have in the past, because ya know what?! My nasty arm jiggle aint going anywhere! I can FEEL more muscle mass, and my shoulders are looking better, but that damn arm jiggle. I just wanna be able to wear a tank top, lol. Anyone that saw those wedding pics of me should understand. Bleh. The bride has put up like 300 pics from her wedding on myspace, and shes tagged me in a TON of them, but there is NO WAY I will be adding them to my own page. Screw that noise.

Anyway, besides that, cardio was great, made a goal of hitting at least four miles, and I did, so thats good :) I ended up with just under 15min/mile, that seems really weird to me... I felt like I never really slowed down, but thats NOT a killer pace, is it? Any answers appreciated on that question :D

My "little" nap that I took earlier ended up being five hours. Eek. Thinkin maybe I need to start getting more sleep at night! It felt so amazing tho.. But now, its 3am, and I'm wide awake again. Ah, the cycle restarts itself...

I'm off to check on some other people, will be on either tomorrow or Saturday (if Denver doesn't go down) to post any losses! PLEASE GIMME A LOSS!! :rolleyes:

Good for you for getting 4 miles in!

You crack me up. I got the arm jiggle too, but only if my arm is relaxed. If I flex the muscle the jiggle is minimal.

I had to take a rest day yesterday, but have been doing good this week. I've been join the Jillian Michaels DVDs too on some days, and let me tell ya, she kicks my ass. She's the trainer from the biggest loser. Her DVDs are actually very motivating, it's like she can see you on the other side of the screen.

I'm down a little already. Finally!!!

You can do it girl! Stay strong. If not this week, then next week for sure. That exercise has to pay off!

I found thursday flights were pretty cheap, much cheaper than friday flights. My total cost was $199.00.

:blush5: Nah, I'm sure that you know LOTS more people with more persistance than me, but thank you, you have NO idea how much it means to hear someone say it. I'm just not content with letting myself get worse, when I know theres better thngs for me, therefore, I refuse to give up.

Jesus, I can't even REMEMBER the last time I was under 200lbs... I remember when I was 14, in drivers ed, and they said, "Put your correct weight and height on here, as it WILL be used to identify you." aaannnnd I thought I was cheating by putting 210 instead of 215... sad :( lol. I'm predicting under 200, at my goal, by my 27th bday next August. And the day I actually HIT 199, that will be a big day :) NOT gonna give up. Thanks girly!
 
So I went to Denver this weekend- VERY short trip, with a friggin long drive. My good friends little sister had a baby boy in July, and he had heart surgery right after he was born. Wasn't sposeta have his next one till January, but something was wrong with the tube they put in there, so they hafta do his next surgery on Thursday. :( Poor little guy. Anyway, so she had to bring her baby back to the Denver hospital, and doesn't have a drivers license, so my friend had to bring her down, but SHE has a brand new baby and couldn't make the drive by herself. So I went along to help out, and the most I've seen of Denver is the airport, so it was kinda interesting to go anyway. Wow, the big point of that WHOOOOLLLLEEEE story- I ate like CRAP! Ohhh man. It wasn't pretty. Traveling always does that to me, so I'm really hoping to balance it out this week.
We got back tonight bout 1130pm, and I went directly to the gym. Tonight: Legs, cardio: cross trainer 40min 2.84miles. Cardio was a little less than I've been doing, but I'm tired. 8hours of driving is NOT a great way to get in the mood for the gym :rolleyes: I got outta the car and basically wanted to drop my shit on the floor and pass out.. but I didn't, instead I got ready and went to it. Not gonna get anywhere goal-wise if I don't work for it.
Tomorrows workout will be a better one!
